After registration for any of our courses, all students are required to attend orientation. You will need to ensure you bring the items listed below.
Required Items
- Two Forms of ID
- Social Security Card
- Driver’s License, ID, Passport, or Military Identification
- High School Diploma, GED, College Transcript, or 8th Grade Level Test
- Criminal Background Check
- Physical Exam
- TB Test - $20
- CPR Certification - $55
- White, closed shoes
Optional Items - Can be purchased at the school
- Uniforms: Top and bottom (Navy Blue)
- Small, Medium, & Large - $20
- X-Large, XX-Large - $25
- Stethoscope set and blood pressure cuff - $35
