In order to register for any of our online courses, a minimum of a GED or Diploma is required. Additionally, you must have a computer and internet access that meets the following requirements.

Computer Requirements
To take an online course, students need regular, frequent, dependable access to a computer with the following:
- Internet access, usually through a modem and Internet Service Provider.
- High-speed access (such as cable modem or DSL) is recommended but not required;
- A modern Internet browser: Netscape 6.0, Mozilla 1.2, or Internet Explorer 5.5 (or higher versions);
- A working email address, configured properly so emails from Instructor and students are not blocked as “spam,”
- Power Point 2000 version or higher. If you don’t own Power Point, Microsoft now offers a “Power Point Viewer” that can be downloaded free from their web site.
- Sending and receiving emails;
- Attaching documents to email messages and opening attachments received;
- Using a browser to navigate the web;
- Using a word processor.
