Teaching individuals to be proficient in the skills of vital signs, personal care, rehabilitative care, mental health & social needs, interpersonal skills, safety & emergency procedures in order to be prepared for the state approved Competency Exam.

*Total cost does not include CPR, TB test. Care One offers CPR classes ($65) for students without an up-to-date card and TB tests ($30) for those that do not have an up-to-date test.

Mandatory Requirements

1) Social Security Card

2) Picture ID – Driver’s License, Passport, Military ID, or other Legal DMV ID

Must be complete. If you are currently attending a higher level of learning and are not finished, use the completed transcript from your lower level education.

Must be navy blue, the cost is $30.  If a student wishes to buy/use their own navy blue uniform, that is allowed. Uniform must have the Care One logo on it, and the cost for logo placement is $10.

American Heart Association BLS only. Must be valid throughout the length of the course. Care One offers CPR certification courses for $65.

Must be completed and signed by a physician or Practitioner.

Must be ordered at the time of registration. All types of felony or misdemeanor convictions, those that are pending, and questionable histories will be reviewed by the director of the institute or designee.
