Our mission is to provide the highest quality professional nursing service, and to train and develop professional nursing assistants committed to rendering nursing care within the Board of Nursing guidelines and Division of Facility Services with compassion and respect for patients.
We believe in clinical excellency from our nurse aides; safety, dignity, and respect for the patients. Care One Health Training Institute recognizes these values and roles in fulfilling our mission.
We aim to improve patient care by providing professionally competent nurse aides. We teach our students to always treat residents in the same manner in which they would like to be treated. We encourage individual students to create a basic response to the changing needs and conditions in health care and senior care.
At Care One, we strive to create an environment of teamwork and participation, where, through continuous performance evaluation, students pursue excellence and take pride in their work. We believe that the quality of our services is the key to success. We will maintain financial viability through a cost-effective operation to meet the organization’s long term commitment to the community.
